Registering for Create & Submit Claims

Already registered for www.wellmark.com and interested in using the Create & Submit Claims tool?

 

If your organization... Then your Designated Security Coordinator...
Is already registered for BlueConnection tools and wants to use the Create & Submit Claims tool (enabling you to transmit claims securely via wellmark.com) Must complete one copy of the the interactive Create & Submit Claims Submitter Number Registration and submit it to the address on the form.
Has an employee who is already registered for BlueConnection tools and requires access to Create & Submit Claims Must update the user profile to provide access to the tool once the employee has been approved for access.
